- Rodney Swope is President and Chief Servant of rod&staff enterprises, LLC, a business development consultancy aimed at shepherding success for the Believer in Business and Faith-based enterprise. Rodney is a Ph.D. candidate in Economics and Biblical Studies at the Union Institute in Cincinnati. He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan Graduate School of Business with emphasis in Finance and Strategy and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Math from Western Michigan University. He frequently teaches in ministry to families, teams and men in the application of biblical principles for abundant life.
